having talked to womb when the gags went down, i can vouch that it's not a racism thing. i'm pretty sure i made a joke about how womb was "just muting them because they're foreign" and he corrected me.
but about votekick abuse....i pretty commonly will start votekicks against, say, sighcommander for "cheating" or elmatador for "being a corner sniping little bitch who lags and bodyshots me" without any intention of getting them kicked. it's just a tool to carry out a joke. is that spam? abuse? i've never been asked to stop, and really i don't think anyone doesn't understand it :x

You just gotta be careful there are enough regulars on to understand that its a joke though. I cant remember who it was, but ages ago someone started a vote against themselves... and it passed.

Derek did that all the time; after it passed for the 3rd-4th time everyone got sick of it and wouldn't votekick him again. Ahh the old days.
