Ok. Time to clear things up. Let me explain to you very cleary why I banned you for a single day. I understand that Matador was micspamming, speaking very loudly and rapidly in Spanish with his friend Phantom. I was going to gag him, until he was votekicked successfully for micspamming. That was all good, it was a valid votekick.
Now when Matador joined the server again, he exchanged some harsh words with a few people in his strong Spanish accent, and stayed relatively silent the whole time. However, he was votekicked again.
Then Matador joined the server a third time. Now, I saw that you were spectating, yet you still initiated a votekick (which sadly passed) as soon as Matador joined the game. Care to explain why?
That is what I think is abusing the votekick system, hence the ban.

I'm positive I never said "Just mute him". Please get your facts straight. If you're going to accuse me of doing a terrible job, at least try and make sure there is some validity in your statement.
If there is someone spamming, I take it upon myself to gag him, which is far easier than having 30 players individually mute the micspammer.

Womb hate threads don't have the same punch as a Hell-Met hate threads.
I'll once again ask that admins while "on duty" record demos/fraps to stop the he-said, he-said posts from ruining a perfectly entertaining thread. This would allow for the admins to share the info as it happened, have a consensus and end these threads before they go to 4 pages.
I for one enjoy the fact we have more admins (though I've only seen Womb on #1, let alone #2), and would go so far as to borrow this quote to describe them: You are an incredibly sensitive man, who inspires joy-joy feelings in all those around you.
I am drunk however, so take the above with a grain of salt.

i record every time in in the server. im sure theres a demo in there regarding vuvuzelas gag, but honestly is it really worth me figuring out which one

In the future, to avoid this useless drama and let the community feel the admins are accountable, yeah. Someone mentioned a plugin that seemed fairly fancy in the improvement thread that may make life easier. It's a small thing in the grand scheme.

I must be lucky after all these years to have never been mic banned. After quite a few drinks on a Saturday night(while playing TF2), I will start sluuurrrrrring my words on the mic and increase my incoherent mumblings. By that time though, since the screen starts to blur, I end up logging anyways. Must drink more on Sat. nights!

I mentioned it, and its easy to put up a bind to a key with a markup next to the demo saying "admin action done" so it even can be timesaving in finding where you did some admin actions... and where in the demo, "cos" it notes: Date, time, AND the TICK in the demo where you pressed the button for the "remark"....

You guy's are really still going at this?. Really?. You were gagged, after being gagged you came onto the forums and essentially lied and claimed that you were kicked like 20 times. They stood up for you and banned a player that was abusing Votekick to kick you and what do you do in return?. You continue to bad mouth them. Phantom_Venezuela I have played with you before and you're annoying, I don't care that you speak in spanish the minute you start speaking in spanish you become L O U D E R which results in me muting you.
WombRaider is doing a fine job, An admin that is liked isn't an effective Admin. An Administrator needs to strike fear into the souls of his players :roll:
