I do agree in that he should not have tried to dodge the mute and should have followed your direction in that you are an admin. He should have endured his punishment and then come here to discuss.

I don't know for a fact what happened this go around, but I do know from prior experiences that others feel the need to tell Venezuela that he should only use English simply because that is the language of most people in the server. Although, that is true I don't agree that he should be told to use English.

As far as i know there is no rule that requires a specific language to be spoken on the server. I'm trying to talk less Spanish in general, but I will not stop talking in Spanish unless there is a rule that says only English can be used on the server.

On the mic spamming issue whether phatom speaks Spanish or English he speaks the same amount. What you saying is that if you speaks the same amount in English as he does in Spanish then this wouldn't be a mic spamming issue. That is bullshit!

There is a rule about mic spam. You can defend your bro all you want but I was doing him a fucking favor. People have come on these servers before speaking other languages and no one said a thing because they weren't spamming. You go into a server now and ask "who has heard phantom venezuela mic spam in the last week" and about 3 or 4 people will say something. Quit trying to turn this into me hating people for speaking Spanish when it's not the case.

my mic is not loudness, i ask to all players about the volume and they said IT's FINE. i setup the mic volume at 10/100, 10%
my mic is not a 5 dollars mic, is a sennheiser, and the sound card is a creative sound blaster xfi titanium fatality pro. my sound, my mic and my volume is fine, and i speak spanish 10% of the time, the rest of the time i speak 90% english. you can ask to players taht play with me frequently

by example: enforcer, jefro, i3solete, sk, bonesinger, lt.death, DA sweet, fagballs, got your 6, mihow, and many others. all of them will tell to you: phantom speak 905 in english, 10% in spanish and not all the time that i got connection to ther server. so, is not a FUCKING ANNOYING mic spam, is womb raider having nightmares about latin language. and as i said, if 4 players dont want to hear me, mute option is usefull. you, womb raider, be a man, your conduct is like a 12 years old boy. i am 33, not a child, and never before i had problems with other players.


my english speech is bad, and sometimes i cannot say to others how you are being a troll, and you can speak english native and put the players in your side, but it?s not fair. i have to say again, be a man, just fucking enjoy the game and use mute option if i cause nightmare to you. i dont wanna talk nothing more about this shit, and be serious, TF2 is a serious bussines.

Well Since DF has spoken I would hope you would get the hint and drop it. If you don't, RIP my Latin friend. The point was never about speaking Spanish in an English speaking server. it was about the rapid fire Spanish SPAM. You keep saying to everyone "if you don't like it, mute me". Why in the Hell should ANYONE bow to you and your rights to speak Spanish. On a server with 16 people on a team, why should everyone else be forced to listen to you speaking a foreign language or the trouble of muting you. Have a little common decency and respect and take what people are saying to you to heart. WE. DON'T. WANT. TO. HEAR. IT. El Matador does it but so rarely that it doesn't bother people, At least not to the extent that you do. I will tell you like I would tell my four year old. You don't care what happens as long as you get your way. You want to speak? Speak! But when the rest of the people ask you to stop because it is disturbing them, have some respect and stop. Or shut up all together. Either way will satisfy me. 8)
