Nah man, i think hes talking about a College-campus, wich means the school provides you your rooms idk. I would take a roomie, since you can always talk with him about stuff and your problems, well it at depends of the person itself.

PS- Most of the College-campuses uses PROXY on their WiFi network, wich means you wont be able to connect to Steam servers!

I'm 16 and when I was walking past McGill visiting my cousins, I took a crack at their wireless. It took me less than 10 min to get anything I wanted.

And McGill isn't known for being a shitty school.

Back on topic: Roomates can be the best (and worst) of times. If your university allows you to swap your Roomates, then do it. Find a friend. If not, have a gamble or don't, your choice.
