While google-surfing the web, I found the most talented 3rd party mod work that I have ever seen for Half-Life2. I was wondering if DF would be willing to make SourceOP compatible with some of these up-and-coming mods, And maybe even form a partnership with these mods and make SourceOP built into these mod's online multiplayer servers.

This would make SourceOP a lot more popular, bringing in more donations, allowing you to create and uphold one of the best server-side mods anybody could ever ask for.

These mods are going to bring a new look at gaming, Half-life2 is the only game that not only provide awesome game play and top-of-the-line graphics AND shares the engine (that had evolved severely since their predecessors) and lets people make their own game that they can share and play over Valve's STEAM system. SourceOP is going to make a great addition to this breakthrough

Ive never hears from anyone who has payed for theis service, and am racommending that nobody else does bussiness with them, stay off of their servers, and generally ignore their existance...

Well i did post thie idea Here although not very detailed...

Will it be possible to create some kind of spawnable quick sand in the source engine?

How about spawnable ice (making surfaces have less friction maybe add a tint of blue to the surface?

this is a problem that will fix itself in time, but i do wish that there were a little more people who would come play at df's hl2dm server. half the time the server is empty, which is just wrong cause this mod ain't practically dead like tfc. then again, having public slots available is better than if the server was full to the brim :x

I've never really realized before about how incredibly boring it is to play

counterstrike source. i mean, the first time i played i noticed all the

graphics and effects and how "different" the maps all are, but once you

get over these and get used to them, csConfused is really just plain old

counterstrike again wearing a skin. no new weapons. no new abilities

and/or strategies. maps are NOT that different. the new physics don't

mean shit, except for when people shoot away guns that are on the

ground that you want to pick up. The only fun i've ever had playing csConfused

was during pistols only, 'cause i had a good chance of knifing people and

you didn't die at the first sight of the enemy team.

-As for a hl2 mod that i believe will be very successful, i look forward to sc2 and sourceop has nice potential, i hope?

I just thought of this! Why not add something or alter the crossbow so it always pins people to the wall/object/ceiling? Nailing osmeone with the crossbow while they are jumping is always a good laugh.

Credits reset every map, but you probably already know that. Highest i've gotten so far in one map is 16.
