I'm loving the no crit server but there still seems to be some problems with it. If I'm understanding correctly and it's really supposed to be a CEVO/CAL-like map rotation then a few changes could help it a ton.


-Removal of ctf_well, ctf_2fort, tc_hydro. It's especially bad since these maps are all right in a row and I think that's doing a decent job of clearing the server out when it does have players. If you want to get it even closer to a "pro rotation" take out pl_goldrush and pl_badwater. CEVO doesn't play them. I'm not sure other leagues do either. I don't mind them particularly though and some smaller leagues play them.

-Add the CEVO versions of cp_freight and cp_broma. Both are pretty cool maps in CEVO this season. Freight seems like it's going to stick around.

-Add TF2True

-Add a vote map skip option

-Add a winlimit. There were some especially bad rollings last night that went on forever.

Is there any way to remove the "nemesis" icon that appears above disguised/cloaked spies? It's irritating as hell when you're in cloak and are suddenly raped by a pyro, just because he saw that little revenge symbol and his heart started racing, palms sweating, etc etc...
TBH, spies are easy enough to kill/find, and most people bitch about em cause they don't ever look behind em. fixing this would make spies a bit more accessible

HI, I just tried to log into TF2 2fort instant respawn 74.54.24.200 and it's not connecting. I also tried to browse for it on the internet servers and it's not available. Is it down for some reason? Thanks.

We've all made a lot of friends on sourceop that have extended to other games...i play GRID with Biology and B-Rad, Sups plays starcraft with spam and frost...etc etc. Why not extend the fun? Place to share your online console id's to play with other people.

and i play NCAA Football 2009, GTA IV, and Little Big Planet online.

Hey everyone I've been playing TF2 on the Sourceop server for a couple months now and it's the ONLY place I've found where nobody is sexist!! I've admined for two other online gaming communities and left both due to severe sexism and harassment. So thank you to everyone who makes my gaming experience enjoyable again!

DrunkenFool and admins,

First, thanks for the server to play on. It's great!

Second, I apologize for playing music b/w the rounds today. I've gotten a temp ban twice for this and you would think I could get the idea...but the thing is that I play some damn good tunes (hendrix, grandmaster flash, inna godda da vida - you've all jammed to it) and I always ask the admin if it's ok as long as I limit it to 45 seconds during the round change. The past couple of days, I was given permission from Nobody and another admin to play it, but then I was banned about 15 minutes later (I assume by another admin who just popped in or something).

Anyway, I'm not complaining, and I have no problem with the rules, and I always play on this server and don't want to lose the privileged. I would just ask that before you ban me/kick me you ask the admin on if he or she has given me permission to play some music b/w the rounds.
