I figured I might as well join the party. The first one to post my in-game nick gets two cookies and a bozo button. :lol:

P.S. I wanted to sign up with my real nick but some jerk already has it. No way am I adulterating a perfectly good nick with numbers and such bullshit.

There are a lot of people who do not play anymore but just login and logout to keep their stats active. They do not play because each time they die, they lose 25 points to the new people.

However, I do not propose resetting the stats on a regular basis. The global stats does it quarterly and can be tracked inside the server.

My suggestion is.... Every other week, reduce everyones score by 5%.

This will force all the people who are not playing to play to maintain their score. If someone has a score of 100K, they will lose 5000 points. To make up this score, they will have to play and not just logon/logoff. It will lead to a better ranking in the long run. Someone who really wants to have a high score will have to play frequently enough to maintain it.

I was going to suggest 10% but that might be a little too drastic. However, please keep it atleast 4 to 5%.

Something is lacking on the backpacks pages.. This thing is the possibility to add comments!! Add it and your site will be much more frequented! It is gonna make the site more friendly, and will eventually push people to visit and revisit backpacks more often.

My idea is a replacement announcer sound pack that replaced the announcer with a GlaDOS voice.

a very long time ago, i did something really stupid on these forums posting under the name markp
i got permanently ip banned for that which makes me now miss out on usefull hat information
i cant even lurk now, and that is all i want to do!

While playing on the TF2 props map (around 4-6 a.m. EST), we had a run in with a person who, near the end of the game started to Change his name to very crude names, personally attacking another player in the game.

http://i39.tinypic.com/jpg94g.jpg Bryanxxx3 Likes Hairy ***** was constantly changing his name during the match from Crude things, such as Hairy ***** then started to harass Bryanxxx3 in game in local game chat as well as using crude remarks during play as well.

Bryan asked the person to stop, and apparently from what it seemed during gameplay the griefer insisted on continuing to personally go after Bryanxxx3.

http://i44.tinypic.com/hwwx2t.jpg The person can be seen using some crude remarks while in game as well, I would of gotten a screenshot of console of what all was said by the griefer but this is the proof I'm able to hand out at this time, but I'm sure this will help pull up any other things that were going on during the time.

A vote kick was never made because it seemed after the match was over he left from the looks of it during the last match.

  Can't connect to the main SourceOP server

Since yesterday i cant connect to the SourceOP Valve Map server (ip 67.228.59.145:27015 ). Each time i try to connect whether its through console or directly i get "Connection failed after 4 tries" error. The weird thing is that its only happens on the main server and i can connect perfectly fine to all of other servers (tried Arena,PH,VM#2,Idle).

Any ideas on what may be causing this? -_____________________-
