So last week i was kinda pissed cause i was really looking forward to play some tf2 with a couple of friends and have a good time, but cound't, cause everyone was idling.

This week though, was even worse. Cause no one's playing tf2 anymore :S

Could we get a vote that pops up at the beginning of a new round asking if we want crits disabled or enabled?

I strongly dislike crits in Arena and I feel this is the best way to be fair to everyone. The 5e servers are currently doing the same thing.

I think something similar to this was asked before but I'll try again. I play SourceOP Arena all the time and wouldn't mind being able to get a server-side demo if that's possible (SourceTV?) or at least join Spectator.

Or is Arena doomed to be shunned from spectating for all time?

I can't handle playing regular maps anymore due to pubstars/teamstacking/spam. I think they do have spectator though, I haven't checked in a while. Why can't arena get it?
