Pineapple, you are a lying prick. I clearly remember the first time I killed you while cloaked and you started QQing like a little teenage girl. I'm pretty sure EVERYONE else on that server remembers it as well. You were trying to escape a mob of people, you were smack dab in the middle of a huge crossfire, and when I killed you, you started calling me a hacker and everyone said you were an idiot. I can name the people who vouched for me. LordLagsalot, Narcolepcy, CPl D, Malvicus, OprahsVagina, Dr. Awesome, White Rabbit. A few more were as well, but I can't recall their names. I remember these guys because they were on for quite a bit after the incident.

And more lies. I started calling you a hacker after I got the vid. Why on earth would I say you hack, just so you can toggle it off, then lose the chance of getting evidence?
And they were vouching for u on the next map. They didn't no what happened, they thought I was complaining because I simply died while invisible. Go have them come and comment.

Can't call them to comment; I'm banned. But I will try, if they accept my friend requests. And I CLEARLY remember LordLagsalot and Malvicus WATCHING your video after you announced it to the server. They dismissed it as a whine for attention, and said I wasn't hacking. You're right about the rest of the people, they didn't watch your video or see what happened but most of them have played with me on the server before, and know I'm legit. To your first comment; that's a lie. You started asking about how I killed you while you were cloaked, implying that you thought I was hacking. You proceeded to argue against the facts when people told you it was because you were in the middle of a crossfire.

Sigh, he did watch the video, go ahead and chat with him tomorrow about it. Drunken_f00l, I'm sure reading the log and seeing how much of an idiot Pineapple is will help clear this up. Your steam forum thread, while amusing, is irrelevant. None of those people WERE THERE at the time of the incident. If I were to watch your video, knowing nothing about the situation, I would say that the sniper was hacking as well. Seeing the OP say that he is trying to get the sniper banned would convince me even more to say "HACKER!." I've seen hackers with a hack that allows you to see spies, and it's plain obvious when they do it. They lag all over the place and headshot cloaked spies left and right. With me and you, it only happened 2 times, and one of them is completely irrelevant since you were in the middle of a huge firefight. There are many ways to see cloaked spies, as one guy even mentions in the thread. Personally, I didn't know anything about the sand thing, but the brightness thing is another way around it.

There is none. You shot me while I was invisible. COMPLETELY invisible. Your reply is you turn up contrast and brightness. You don't need to be in the server for this. I have it on demo. RIGHT up here.

So I went in game with a cloaked spy zoomed my rifle in and I couldn't see any indication of where he was. Rather than play with the brightness of my monitor, I took a screen shot and messed with some stuff in photoshop. None of the adjustments I made to the picture where the spy was cloaked made any outline show up.
oXiDe, you already admitted to cheating. Whether or not you are using traditional hacks, modified game files, or somehow turning your monitor up to rediculous levels to show spies is unfair. For now, the ban stays. Depending on what other members of the forums say, I may reduce it to a temporary ban.

Do you not think twice about calling someone a hacker over something that happened two times, when there were no signs of ANY hacking at all for the other 2 or so hours I was present on that server? Like I stated earlier, I play on that server EVERY day, sometimes in an excess of 5 hours. I've never had anyone complain about me hacking before, EVER. It's quite obvious to me that you're just a little paranoid kid who is on a mission to rid the world of all "zomg server haxxorz." Give it a rest. Making a post on steam forums without giving the ENTIRE story, including BOTH SIDES of it, is basically taking things completely out of context. Without explaining the situation, most people WOULD assume that the sniper is a hacker in that video. The video being 5 seconds and "to the point" doesn't help my case much either.

Drunken, while my method of finding spies is unfair, it's not something that involves illegal models or anything of that sort. I already stated that I would GLADLY turn my brightness and contrasts to normal-person levels if my ban was lifted. I honestly don't mind plunking down $20 bucks for a new account; but the fact I was banned over something as dumb as this just annoys me. I think at the very most I should be put on a probation period. At this point, I've realised that the "evidence" is against me and I could type till I turn blue, but it won't help me much. Although I'm encouraging you to remove the ban, I would be MORE than happy with a 2-week, 4-week, or whatever length you would like, probation. It's fair because this argument really has no end, and it allows me to continue playing on my fave server.
