Yes, actually.
Except the game is trading, and the skill of the hustler is knowing what the price is.  But the convincing part of "oh, I'm not very good at this game" is the same, except involves items instead of workds (e.g. "Wow, all i have are 100 of  these normal hats I can give you for that burning towering pile of earbuds"  "Ha - deal sucker")
And tf2 item trading is like a pool hall with a sign up that says "Don't hustle the noobs".

		The issue is that inexperienced people lucky enough to unbox a valuable unusual, are being taken advantage of, and in most cases it is for a potentially large sum of money
