Speaking of trolls i would lik to post a pic but i am not sure how to go about doing it. Does it require the creation of something like myspace or what?

As long as you have the pictures on your computer there are numerous free hosting sites for pictures.
http://www.photobucket.com/ is probably the easiest to use. Just goto the site, register, login, upload, share.

i would say
http://www.imageshack.us is far easier to use.
and it should be mentioned that by uploading content to these hosting sites you are agreeing to their ToS and marking that picture as public domain, anyone (even businesses) can use that picture for whatever purposes they deem fit (even commercial use such as advertising where revenue is generated)
