You may have failed to notice that Canada and the United states are virtually indistinguishable in terms of politics, culture, economics...

the only difference I have seen is that Canada has that "free-medical" which means that hypochondriacs will be taking up your emergency room while you sit there, dieing.

But I still want to live somewhere else other than America. And I can always just drive to Canada, I hate planes/boat rides. And I don't know Spanish to move to Mexico. I hear Canada has stunningly attractive women...

Errrr, not quite. Culturally we have strong similarities(except we idolize hockey where Americans praise baseball/football. Politically and ecnomically, well, there are some stark differences.

A lot of Canadians feel that way too though it's not entirely true. Nevertheless, Canada's medical system is not 'world-class' despite what our own media trumpets. Now Germany, France, >THOSE< are leaders in medical systems.

P.S., "free-medical"? One would be surprised at the increasing number of different services/practices are de-listed from our health care system every year. And yet, taxes stay up there......
