How long do you have to wait if all the slots are full? I don't have a slot and I only have to wait about 2-4 minutes to get in even on the weekends it's never more than 5 minutes.

I'm aware of the problem and working on a solution. The current plan is to setup some sort of very cheap monthly donation thing for a slot - $2/mo or some such. People with existing slots will then be given a good deal of time depending on how much they donated (if you originally donated $20, you'll still be covered for 10 months, and so on).
These changes probably wont probably occur for a few weeks yet, and are anything but final.

No, you get a reserved spot that probably almost would guarantee that you are getting in the server whenever you want.

even if its just 3 dollars it cuts down the number of donors required by 100

I still think we should have some sort of tier system as well, so that you encourage people to donate more.
