First off, the server in it's current form is pretty much a failure.
For a server with "pro" in it's title it attracts the exact opposite.
It's pretty bad when you can go in there and topfrag as a medic using only your needle gun. Go into pretty much any other vanilla 24 man server and prepare to either have a tough time or get your ass handed to you. One of the biggest turnoffs for anyone who has the slightest clue about how to play is when they join a server and there's spreads. Boom, your shit just got blacklisted because Hell-met wants to bodyshot with his huntsman.
When valve released the variables for disabling bullet and damage spreads, you should have taken advantage of them then.
Second, the map rotation is trash. You're using shit from like 4 seasons ago.
This is the SourceOP Pro Rotation:
cp_gravelpit
cp_dustbowl
cp_granary
cp_well
cp_freight
cp_badlands
pl_goldrush
ctf_turbine
cp_broma (what the fuck?)
pl_badwater
cp_steel
These are the maps being run this season for CEVO:
koth_ashville
cp_coldfront
cp_well
koth_viaduct
cp_prolane
cp_gullywash
cp_gravelpit
cp_granary
cp_badlands
cp_freight
So far ESEA has used:
koth_viaduct
cp_coldfront
cp_granary
cp_gravelpit
cp_yukon_final
cp_gullywash_imp3
koth_ashville_rc1
cp_badlands
There's a major difference between "maps DF thinks are good" and "maps that are actually used in competitive TF2"
When I asked fusion to ask you if you would update the server, you said you'd think about it.
Please explain to me what you have to mull over in this cut and dry case of suck vs good.

The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth becomes the greatest enemy of the State.
