Im a student, granted not a film student, but there wasnt any criticism there at all. Thank you for the semi-pointless comment.

Negatives (not mentioning acting, because it's a student film, though Red and Yellow were fun):
-Intro/outro audio needs to be mixed down, static everywhere.
-Everyone needed to relax, and not act like they were relaxed (voice overs especially)
-Writing needed work, specifically on the terminology.
-Seven Up/Sprite? needs more scotch/beer.

Positives:
-Camerawork was great
-Premise was fun
-Random facestab

Thank you for some serious feedback!
1. Alcohol wasnt really a posibility. (we are under 21)
2. Voice overs were rushed to say the least.

Thanks!

Want the truth

-terrible camera quality
-shit audio capture
-acting was average at best
-lighting is off for a poker scene(how many "dark" movies have poker games in brightly lit rooms)
-was so boooooring

Only good thing was the intro that you didn't make, so I stand behind what I originally said, don't quit your day job.
