That video was uploaded pre-backstab update. And I wish he would have started the video a few seconds earlier.
It's a little better now since they made the animation shorter. There's not as much time for the lag compensation to allow that to happen. It still happens, but it's a lot less frequent in my opinion.

hm. so you're angry that arguably the worst class, due to its low health, only average speed, and weakness to fire/crits/contact, gets lucky?

wrong spy isn't the worst class at all. pyro is...but spy is number 2 for sure.
