EDIT: I was expecting a lot more trolling like in the first reply, but thank you for responding Drunken. More Admins would help the Arena server GREATLY.
A side note, are the rules regarding HLSS up for discussion? The spamming is annoying. The music at the very end of rounds is fun/encouraging.

Below them are the terribads and the griefers. Red team has Restless Medical Orci Lady Kungfu and Zephyr. My team isn't trying. They are spamming crap on the mic. I just missed a lagging medic with a crawket. I just got face stabbed by a spy with 400 ping. I get a vote kick started on me for not joining "Melee only!" I sit the next round out. Then to top it all off when I get to play there's meatspin in spawn.

This is why the "contact admin" feature exists. At least three admins get a text message to their phone when you select emergency.

I was in the server and some spy was the last one left and he started playing pink panther music and it was kinda fun and made me laugh. I didn't kick him for it. It's the purposefully annoying or repetitive (let's play victory music at the end of every round! no.) mic spam that I kick/ban for.

Seriously though everyone is expected to conduct themselves accordingly. Take the appropriate steps to inform the people that can deal with the situation and move on.

The general rule of thumb is that it's a public server and everyone's thoughts need to be taken into consideration. Disturbing a server with porn, spam or harassment is flirting with being banned.

If you just come on ignore it all and just play you'll be fine. If you start to get stressed or aggravated then take a break. Outside of that there is not a whole lot you can do.

Ultimately Drunken and the other admins determine what is ban worthy. It's his server and their his enforcers. Following the above pretty much ensures that you'll be able to just play and have a good time.

One time there was only a spy left on the team I was on and he started playing the James Bond theme.

Yeah, I'm admin on both 2fort servers, Goldrush and looks like Arena Server now too.

I'm also on the emergency contact paging feature so feel free to use it and I'll be around.

I don't play Arena all the time but I'll try to stop in more often to kick/ban anything going wrong.
