Heh... not quite. People don't play medic correctly, they stick to one player they know is good, when they should be helping their entire team out. The point is, medics aren't awarded points based on doing things that help their team, they are being awarded points for helping 1 player.

My suggestion is to reduce the amount of points they get per assist (when you are high skill you only get 3 points per kill, but 4 points per assist). I'm saying it should scale based on the level of the opponent for an overall REDUCTION of assist points but an inrease in doing things that will help the team, like assisting killing sentries, or healing players in need.
