Dual lan and eSata are a plus, On-board Wi-FI. it has a slightly older chipset, and slowwer ram-speed, but the one your freind suggested is a bit stripped-down, and it is a pain to work around all of those heat sinks, and they are too close to the processor (with a stock heat sink, it will add heat to the processor, with a good heat sink they will get in the way. I can already see how my Zalman wouldn't fit due to the gnarly fucker above the SPDIF intput on the board and I would have to snap the POS in half). the one I posted also has analog audio input and another internal USB card slot.

The mainthing that influences my desicion is the FSB speed. The one Krule suggested has a higher FSB speed. And doesnt FSB determining how fast data travels across your mobo? I apologize if i got that wrong, im still learning. I absolutely dont want ANY bottlenecks on this new pc, i want the best mobo and CPU i can get. I dont care about anything else. I want a badass backbone, i dont care about ram, gfx sound, optical drives, cooling or anything else. All of that i can easily upgrade when i have the money. Also a mobo under $250 would be great

I need something with 4 PCi-e slots, two of that one speed, and well...2 of the other speed.... See im at a lack of knowledge here.
I have the general Idea of what i want, but im not quite sure, and nervous becuase ive never built a new pc from scratch. I need to know what i want by tommorow, I have around $200 saved, and my girlfriend is chipping in the rest of what i need becuase shes just so f**king awsome
