The Team Captain is M. Bison's hat (or Vega if you're japanese) from the Street Fighter series of games. His signature moves involve him enveloping himself in a purple energy he calls psycho power. That hat and effect combination are actually completely themed, and if it's not on an official list, it's mainly due to the ignorance of the people keeping the list as to what the actual hat reference is to.

plausible, but not worth bringing the price up.

To be honest, no putting the price up is needed, been getting consistantly high offers on my flies grim + flies beak combo since I got it several months ago (after months of looking for each hat too).

As with everything, it's only worth what people are willing to pay for it, and all this theme bullshit, is just that.

If it's a fitting hat and effect combo, people will just know it fits, without ever having to mention it.

People who even mention theme's when trying to sell anything and then expecting a price hike, because of it are just daft :roll:

I'm pretty sure that smitty werbanemenjensen hat is incredibly themed. In exactly the same way the P energy TC is themed. Imo there are 2 kinds of themes: obvious ones and refrences.

Obvious themes:
Stormy Hard Counter (fuck you if you dont get it)
Smoking Pot (lol read it like a sentence)
Blizz Dead Cone (snow cone)
kind of: flies sniper (imo only works on snaggle and blokes)
