YOUR HAT IS NOT THEMED

The stash was to my knowledge pretty exclusive to the vietnam war. The specific Stash worn in TF2 is a reference to the Movie Full Metal Jacket. The Helmet band with a pack of cards and cigarettes is seen in Full Metal Jacket. In RL the stash was intended to hold foliage, bullets etc. People may have used it to hold cigarettes but the cards was probably Kubric taking a stab at the lack of seriousness of the soldiers ending other peoples lives.

  • One of the main themes in FMJ is the duality of man. This is brought up a lot during the movie. Thus the Stash directly taken from full metal jacket(A war hat) with a peace sign rotating around it pretty obviously represents this theme.
    Oh and:

On the topic of weak Steal Toe themes. There is one that I actually really like and want
    Bubbles Boot=Das Boot themed
Das boot is one of the most famous German movies. It's a WWII submarine film.

If you haven't seen it I would really recommend it.

Because all Mexicans stink and wear sombreros.

I'll just call any Purple Fetti Demo hat themed because all black people like grape Kool-aid, and Purple Fetti looks like Grape Kool-aid powder.

My Scorching Brain Bucket is themed too because it has Flames and it's a Bucket and this subforum is called the Flame Bucket.

Why are you so angry at everyone and at everything? Someone brings up an opinion and you freak out. It's just their opinion, and you can choose to respect it or ignore it. No need to rise to anger.

I'm just tired of seeing every fetti hat renamed to contain the word "party" in it somewhere.
