it keeps saying the picture must be 120 pixels by 120 pixels, i dont really understand

open the pic in paint
select resize
select pixels
input 120 in for both horizontal and vertical
maintain aspect ratio or crop the pic beforehand if its skewed to much.
save

when i select "resize/reskew", there is no pixel option :/
