Hey guys, i really need help with this problem in TF2

so, yesterday i bought the new $28.99 shogun bundle in the mann co store, before i bought it, i can see all the looks and pictures of the new items in the store. But after i purchased the bundle, i checked my backpack and there was no picture, all the new item pictures are a white box with a cross in it...and when i equip the new items, tf2 freezes and automatically quits...after i equipped the new Samur-Eye demo hat, i joined a server, i press G and above my head it says ERROR in huge red letters....HELP GUYS!

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED...

Seems like that's something you should take up with Steam Support. Seems like the models aren't loaded correctly, or TF2 didn't update correctly.
