i played FF today finaly, and it lokks good, ecspecaly the level ff_2fort
anyway i think you should try to make different jetpacks to different classes, you know, so the souct moves faster and the heavy moves slower?

Ya I'll probably add something eventually that ties in to their max speed.

make a bunch of fun settings! like so:

DF_JP_[CLASS]_UPACCELLERATION
DF_JP_[CLASS]_LEFTACCELLERATION
DF_JP_[CLASS]_RIGHTACCELLERATION
DF_JP_[CLASS]_BACKACCELLERATION
DF_JP_[CLASS]_DOWNACCELLERATION (rate at which they fall if JP is active)

and (I don't quite remember the current system) use a cooldown system so each class has 3 variables:

-Rate of coolant use (if coolant stays in red for, say 5 seconds, it explodes or something, can be flushed if red, but that renders jetpack useless if it runs out)

-Rate that the coolant cools down naturally (self-explanitary)

-amount of coolant the class can hold (can be recovered with backpack if flushed).

wow you just made my simple idea to complicated
thoght the idea of having different fuel comsution rates is good

yeah, but with active menu systems and pre-made configurations, they can be simple for you and flexible for me...
