Custom content is fine as long as it doesn't give an unfair advantage. This might change at any time.

The server runs sv_cheats 0.

You can change any CVAR you want to (and are allowed to based on the setting of cheats).

I normally wear between a 12 1/2 and a 13 depending on the manufacturer and I managed to squeeze into a size 12 heely. Give em a try and see if its the same for yourself.
