so i've never drank much before and now that i'm in college im drinking like crazy. Yes, im a beginner so i need some advice or help with my drinking since i puked my guts out yesterday. What should i eat before and what not to mix, stuff like that.

Liquor before beer, you're in the clear. Beer before liquor, never sicker.

Never mix your drinks, if you stick with vodka, then stay with it that night, don't do vodka then move to tequila. That's puke city.

Eat bread before you drink to help absorb the alcohol and help u last longer.

When taking a shot you hold the shot in your hand, inhale, take a shot, exhale.

Drink water in between shots and before you sleep to avoid a hangover.

I always stick with something like:

Liquor before beer before more liquor before more beer before we are out of beer so then I shotgun some really cheap beer and never fear, or throw up.

This is, coincedentally why I never drink anymore.

I usually just get a 60$ bottle of bourbon and nurse it for a week or two.

Weed sucks, acquire a taste for beer.

Mix if you want, but liquor before beer is a good idea.

The best advice I can give you is know your limit, learn how you handle what first hand. Only you can really know what you can drink and get away with and what you can drink without a problem.

If at all possible stick with drinking with one or two people so you can figure this out so you don't look like a big ass at a party. Or if you don't have anybody you can trust with somebody with that just take it slow.

remember that for frat boys all you really have to tell people if they want you to drink more is "Hey, I don't drink much so I'm gonna take it easy."
