I'm still very skeptical when it comes to poutine. I doubt you could find any proper dish in the States.

Poutine is amazing, but only when its made right. The cheese curds are only good when they're fresh and squeaky!

Oh, and tabbouleh is basically the third most common arab side dish. If you've had hummus and baba gannouj (this is basically roast eggplant mixed with hummus) you have to try tabbouleh!
