The Digital River deal. 7 Home Premium Upgrade or 7 Pro Upgrade(x86 or x64); all you need is an *.edu email addy.
They do not give you an ISO. The give you an executable, two *.box files and the key. There are ways to reconstruct it as an *.ISO, you'll need to google it.
