I vouch for Banksy to get his ban appealed. Sure he sometimes yells at the players to defend the intel or go get the intel but who dosen't do that? And yes I agree, this is for sure a witch hunt lol.
Hes a nice guy though.
Some people can't just accept that some players actually are good! hes not a hacker, the others are just getting their asses kicked lol.
Please just let him in on 2fort again hes maybe the best player we have on the server.
In times like this I think that you could remove the "votekick" command so innocent players don't get kicked just cuz they're good.

Sigh, I don't really want to post here - I'm only doing so because I don't want some asshat complaining about me next.

At worst, Banksy has a case of verbal diarrhea and a bit of an ego. I think he gets caught up in some of the more competitive rounds and does a little trash talking. The flip side of this coin is that Banksy is a good teammate. He's always pushing his team to win, without being overbearing about it. If someone on the team is being a total dumbass, he might call them out on it once but then leave it at that.

Banksy is very argumentative, but it takes two to argue. Most cases of him arguing excessively stem from someone else being a total dick on the mic.

I would say that if you could get Banksy to promise to talk a little less, you should be able to unban him with a clear conscience.
