They teach people in other countries basic math skills in school and how to read and apply dates to everyday situations. Can't say I'm seeing much evidence of the same on your end.
You also have to realize that at the time of this being posted we had just re-elected george bush Jr. for a second term despite everybody hating him.
Also considering Retribution hasn't posted in an excess of five years, telling him to leave is sort of another blunder.
