I cannot fucking believe the unlockable medic weaps can be unlocked through a simple console command. Maybe I'm being dramatic here, but I quit TF2 if this continues to be the case. If some noob medic who doesn't even like the class can get all the weapons so easily, then it completely defeats the purpose. I thought the pro medics of TF2 were getting some kind of reward for playing the class (and being a pro at it), but now there's nothing seperating the noob medics from the pro medics (such as myself).
Valve fucked up my favorite class. I quit TF2.

Lighten up, you shouldnt let some novice player ruin your day just because they dont want to wait. No one is forcing you to use the commands. Its not like the weapons are better or worse, they just do alternate things.
Did powerleveling in WOW ruin it? (and no, I do not/have not/will not play wow)

actualy i think its the rpg elements that ruined tf2, but thats just the opinion on a fps love red blooded american, not a WOW worshiping pale skined gimp

I think a lot more people are upset about having to do obnoxious roadblocks to get clearly superior weapons

It's pretty sad that they left the command in there. A guy came onto our server and did it and I saw that he got milestone 1,2,and 3 after joining and I was like "yeaaaa, okay." lol
I would rather earn the achievements, it's much more rewarding that way. I'm already at 20 out of 36 anyway. Chief of Staff was the last one I expected to get before the update was released but it ended up being the first one I got because I already had over 1 million heal points. lol

It's confusing because on one hand Valve is creative and creates interesting games, but on the other they seem incredibly stupid and release things like this.
FWIW I played like a noob loser and managed to unlock 7 achievements before getting bored/disgusted with myself and just spamming demo (weee!). You need 12 achievements to unlock the first level and they all do seem kind of...arbitrary.

but i think this is good, i mean a new player to this game would be at a total disadvantage, and thats shit, i think you should have the option wether or not to do the chalanges, otherwise this is no different then any mmorpg, and thats not why i bought this game
in fact i think i'm gona use this, i don't play this game much, but when i do i don't want to be affected by the fact everyone has a biggilon times better gun then me, in fact i stop play this game much because of this, if you want to play a mmorpg, play runescape
also tryed the code, dosen't seem to work?

Valve just patched it like 30 minutes ago.
