This is my first post and I don't want it to be misconstrued as starting a flamewar or me being "butthurt", but as I can't message Womb directly, I am doing so here (and I'm not even sure if the post belongs here!).
Anyhoo, it's nothing out of the ordinary, but I was playing with Wombraider and he was really hating on Indica and, yes, I jumped on the opportunity to make a jackass of myself and sort of mock him for it. He gagged me to teach me a lesson. Problem is, most players were on my side on the whole issue. Yes, it looks like I'm making tons of drama, but that's not what I'm here posting for.
I didn't know he was a mod or admin. All I ask is to be given the info that he is, in fact, an admin (or mod), given a stern warning (not a gag at his pleasure that nobody finds funny anyway) and let it be it. I have a good standing in the community and I think a warning is, at the very least, one of my privileges.

this isn't a reflection of what actually happened. you know what you did and why you were gagged and how you handled it when the map changed.
if i could kick, ban, and gag people for "being mean" to me or making fun of something I said, then 90% of the server would be gone by now.
whether or not someone is an admin should have no bearing on how you treat them. if that's not something you can handle then i suggest you treat everyone as if they might be an admin. you acted like an asshole and now you're mad because you were gagged for a few minutes.
does an undercover cop have to declare himself as a LEO? (no.)
should i have to say "HEY IM AN ADMIN, STOP ACTING LIKE AN ASSHOLE!", then warn you before taking action?
and to clarify: i dont hate indica.

Way to be specific. Yes, I acted like an asshole, like the rest of the server was, except I was more vocal about it. You were going on and on about how Indica was a whore and you wanted to see the dredge of society go away and when you were told "Why not mute her?" you said you'd find a way, next time, to make her shut up for good. Which is what you did to me.
On map change I said "I don't want to play with the likes of you", meaning, people who get mad and use their server powers against me. No one else on the game was upset about me. In fact, people were trying to kick you. Not me.
Besides, all I'm asking in this post, using your undercover cop analogy, is that when you take out your gun and then proceed to arrest me, at least tell me who you are (cops do that, btw). Why? It's common courtesy to inform someone of this basic info when they're being chastised instead of leaving them in the blind. It's not so I will treat you nice next time, it's so I know who gets their panties in a bunch.
When I've toyed with some people over the mic and they say "knock it off", guess what I do? I stop because I want everyone to have a fun game. But if they gag or kick me and I don't even know who they are, what was the lesson learned there? Nothing.

Actually, I was being pretty tame compared with how Womb was acting, with the exception I was using a mic. In any case, "don't bother Womb if he's in a bad mood" is the lesson I've learned. It was only a gag and I don't really mind. Thing is...
...we're getting off subject here. :x What this post is about is a simple request that if I'm gagged, votekicked, banned, or gangbanged make your case against me and, of course, tell me who the hell you are. If you exercise your powers arbitrarily, anonymously, and without exposing any warning or reason—other than plain simply being bad form—then I am left without recourse should I have to address my own concerns about it, my side of the story with the admin/mod team very amicably in these very forums.
I think that's reasonable. A simple request.

Like I said, it's not a big deal. It's not whether I deserved it or not, it's that it got me thinking about the rules and whether you guys can do as you please. If you can, then just say so. Womb already has. I'm content with that.
