No I didn't got a warning I just log on to goldrush and says I got banned for bad microphone.

there is a difference between getting trolled and being professional. There are some situations in which you can't just be a rabid asshole to the guy just for trolling because it will make people who have a legitimate grievance think twice about coming to the forums for help with their problem.

If I were a moderator I could be professional without being trolled, but its hard to to so without being able to kick people, lock threads, etc.
