it was actually reports from me and a few people from the arena server.

he thought it would be funny to stand round hiding with the cloak and dagger and spam votekick every single round.

Yea, I've only played with him on the Arena server. It was unpleasant.
Had to take my headphones off when alltalk came on at the end of the round because the mute function doesn't work during that period.
