I was in a TF2 arena map and I noticed someone cheating. I felt like it was a good idea reporting it because no one on the server seemed to care. I even have a demo recorded of him cheating, so I have proof.

Go into the problem/help section of the forum. Or you can try 'contact admin' in chat when you're ingame
