This guy has been spamming 'nom' 'ok' 'ok bend over' throughout the whole round and end round. Yes I can mute him, but at round end he does it too. A few times is fine(like kai lan does now), but every minute or constantly, come on now.
If its not against the rules, then ok.

If the votekick didn't pass then the server enjoyed it. Therefore, not an issue.

Just because the vote didn't pass doesn't mean they enjoy it, most people see the vote pop up and either press 2 so they don't have to deal with it or press the button while changing weapons and don't feel like revoting.

i was on with him earlier.
he did it a bunch of times throughout the map, i asked him to chill with it.
he told me he was allowed to do it since it was shorter than 2 seconds, and he only did it at the end of the round.
half of what he said was true half the time. if he keeps it up ill just gag him next time
