In the sourceOP arena server, many users were votekicking users who didn't play by the stupid assinine rules they came up with. I was nearly votekicked because everyone was going heavy and eating sandwiches... Yep... That's it. They spent 4-5 minutes in a match where everyone did nothing but eat sandwiches and votekicking anyone that tried to shoot anyone.

Main perpetrators (those that started the votekicks) were

Vader

Dr Sniper

Dan.I.am

isuxdix

and Sandvich

This occured at 2:10am eastern standard time.

u can always type "contactadmin" in chat for bs like this, i had something like this happen to me b4 on valvemaps 1, 2fort, i was building sgs in my/our base while most others were boxing in center and a spi I was powning thought it was the best way to get around me.

I was on the arena server a couple days ago and confirm that the pills here david guy is a complete tool and was votekick spamming when I joined.

Also, "contact admin" in chat is good advice. Use it to report those other guys while it's going on. I've warned Isuxdix for abusing votekick before, so a ban could be coming his way.
