Any tips, tweaks or hints for customizing Vista? (maybe something like customizing duel-monitors, removing unnecessary features, etc).

Tips? Having your folder views randomly reset is annoying. Changing the registry to make Vista remember more folder views is handy. Never heard of Project Red Edition.
