The only time wrangled sentries are a threat are when there are two engies on a gun, which I assume can't happen in Highlander, unless their spy can do magic.

Though why isn't there a small SourceOP league? The playerbase is large enough.
Most maps the wrangler is not a problem. Engies don't run it on 5CP maps unless they are pushed to last point. CTF Turbine is a pain! Payload it can be a pain. It allows weaker teams to play extremely passive and try to find some sort of an edge. I would agree that team work should give you an edge, not an unlock. We have won despite it, its just a huge pain in the neck.
SourceOp league would be a nice idea. You would have to get clan support on rules though.

I doubt it'd be much difficulty to do that. Aside from the long standing Goldrush v. Valvemaps#1 "feud" most of the members are able to agree on most things (server rotation on #1 for example), and obviously Womb has become an expert in what not to do to run a league.
