A+ exclusive is something that rated above 90-points on metacritic and is exclusive. I am using this because it is a completely objective view on scoring a game, and because your opinion doesn't matter. Also:

gears of war - not A+ and ported to PC
dead rising - ported to Wii and PC
dead or alive 4 - not A+
both fables - first one was Xbox and PC, neither are A+
mass effect - Ported to PC

Problem with your "A-listers" is they cant even compare to halo 3. That game has a solid campaign, great multiplayer and bungie keeps adding more and more to it.
