I modified a menu I found online to use SourceOP servers, so I thought I'd share it (chiefhud - http://code.google.com/p/chiefhud/ to give credit)

It's pretty handy to jump right into a server as it does the connect from the console.

FYI, 1,2,3 take you to 24/7 Goldrush, 2Fort, and Arena respectively, while the right most home buttons go to Valve Maps #1 and #2

Just unzip the contents of the file into your tf2 directory.

If anybody is using this and the christmas update screwed up your menu, it's because when valve does an update it often removes things out of your ui directory. Just add MainMenuOverride.res from the zip back in your team fortress 2\tf\resource\ui folder.
