Looks pretty good.
I've dropped photoshop/imageready since I got hooked on TF2. It's been a while since I've made a sig/avatar. I've only opened it to resize pictures. lol

Too big (wide) IMO. It's going to stretch every page you post on.

Yea, it is a bit on the larger size. It doesn't stretch my page though, I guess because I'm at a higher resolution.
In my opinion, the ideal signature size is somewhere around 400x130.
Edit- Here is that sig @ 400x138
