Only the sharks and hijackers would leave. Which means they'd make more with a community that isn't a hive of scum and villainy.
Hmm, wrong.
There's this sort of magic to trading. It's called freedom, you can do whatever you wanna do. I'm sure your every day trader would hate to be in trading when there are regulations.

They aren't regulations. It's not even enforcing new rules - Don't hijack or scam someone isn't new. It's cracking down on scammers and hijackers. Giving those who were sharked an opportunity to reverse it.
There'd still be plenty of freedom to make a profit and trade successfully. Just finally taking the people that ruin the community out of it.

That might be the most ill thought out post on this forum. Giving someone the ability to reverse a trade at any time. You think that's fine?

Of course, I think it's f*cking insane! The person who gets traded would be at a bigger advantage than the the person who sends the trade. Example, you're in a trade server, and you want to trade your ref for a nice craft hat you've been looking for. Well you find a guy who has it, trades and it's all good, well the guy on second thought didn't want to trade his hat away. So he just reverses trade, and the other guy just wasted his time.
The story there is that adding some shit button to reverse any given trade at anytime would destroy the market and trading. Not 'sharking'. Besides, Valve makes it clear that you will lose items in a trade, so if you wanna trade back and the other guy don't wanna, tough shit for him. He was warned, man up.
This also opens up a whole new way to scam people doing cash trades. It would be a ingame chargeback.
Yes, your idea is f*cking flawed.

No wonder people think you're an asshole Teeird. You could have made your point without being a dick.

Not an instant trade reverse button, fuckwit.
Plus, Teeird, there is no way you can defend that point with any credibility.

Teeird is a big dick cuz he pointed out the flaws in my idea,

Whatever, this is my last post. I'm glad Valve would never do such a thing. They like money, we like money. Let's move on.
