So I was playing on SourceOP for about 10 minutes and I got banned for a day and I was like "AWESOME REASONS BRO" because I fucking LOVE being banned for DOUCEBAGGERY and shit when an admin rages at me.

So now, inspired by looking and seeing how big of douchebags exist on sourceop forums, I feel right at home!

I think you qualified for these reasons for being very capable of performing chat spam, capslock, racial remarks, gag avoidence and retrying to the server to unbalance the teams all at the same time.
