Has made a pretty big difference in my kpd and # of dominations so far, loving it. What are your thoughts?

mine, too. Now spies are visible when they cloak out of spawn so I can shoot them better.

As for spy update, I'm a terrible spy so I couldn't say but I do seem to notice a difference if a medic heals a friendly spy. They seem to "glow" longer when overhealed. Or is it just me?

this is the particle bug he's referring to, and i assume it will be fixed in a hotpatch

no, Making spies visible makes them easier to shoot.
