Spectating on the servers was disabled up until recently, but I guess it's now allowed. The problem is that people switch to spec in order to stack teams, resulting in a bunch of idiots taking up space on the server, and they're not even playing. I think it was a lot better when it was disabled.

Auto balance notice goes up
Player X gets switched due to auto balance
Player X goes to spectator to wait until he can join the winning team

I find spectate useful to see if someones aimbotting/hacking, but oh well..

I voted yes even though I'm guilty of hiding out in spectator before. Though that usually occurs when one of three situations take place
a) The players on my team are goofing off or don't want to play
b) When I first join the server and there are players I want to group with
c) When I get auto balanced due to some other jerk spectator exploiting.
