And generally the on-board packet shaping on those things fails pretty hard.
Thats a pretty nice Line you got there...
With these Rates its actually not hard to get QoS working as it should.

I have about 960 kb/s Download with QoS Enabled, i can reach 1MB/s but im okay with 960kb/s.
My Upload is about 100kb/s with QoS Enabled.

I could always go for VDSL @ 50/10, but its too expensive imho and there's no need for me at the moment.
Plus i got fastpath @ my ADSL2+ Line and my ping times are pretty low.

So my Line isnt that better than urs... you pay for 6mbit right ?

oh okay i just saw in the original post that your 100% download rate was like 9000kbs

but yea we pay for 6mb and we get 50gb peak quota and 50gb offpeak which isnt heaps, but i dont usually download much anyway except for a movie or game every now and then

Im getting these stats within ~15 days..

Quote:Connection Information

Uptime: 14 days, 21:03:06
Data Transferred (Sent/Received) [GB/GB]: 5.54 / 71.55

@30 days im normally over 125-130GB in Download and about 15-25GB in Upload.
Sometimes even more...
