Does the server show up if you put it on your favorites list? Where are you seeing the error message? What happens if you connect from the console?

I tried to add the server to my favorites list, and it gives me one of two things. When I try to "Find games at this address" It gives me "Server is not Responding" error. And when I try to add it to my favorites the server never shows on the list.

The error message I see is when I try to join my friends on the server. I'll right click on my friends names, click "Join Game" and the message "Server is not Responding" pops up.

And When I try to connect using the console it tells me "Failed to connect after 4 retries."

http://i44.tinypic.com/xo48pg.jpg This screen shows my friend who is currently in the server (whited his name out because he asked) And is currently playing on the server. But the Server is showing No response on either the Favorites server, or on the Add server list.

I've found your problem. Your IP is 184.x.x.x which used to be unallocated (and thus blocked on the server). Seems iana has allocated it. I'll update firewall rules.

I really appreciate the help Drunken and everyone else who helped out. I am now seeing an option to join the server now, so I'm going to go have fun with my friends who are currently on. I really appreciate the help guys.
