Right. Instead, you push barrels and crouch jump and whatever.

Hahaha. Do you break it and then pop out and surprise noobs? Cause that's hilarious. Push the barrel on steel down the hill a bit. Hide in it. Wait for attackers to push by. Pop out and kill them all. /cheer

Actually you don't roll it down, you just use it once so it moves a bit and you can effectively duck and hide in it.
Except if your flamethrower is sticking out.

I'm breaking that barrel first thing as attackers now. Especially if you're playing on defenders.

I need to record a video where the enemy team moves past a barrel I'm hiding in as spy and then backstab the shit outta them with some funny espionnage music

Yes. It would be pretty successful I think as long as it is somehow made clear you are hiding in a barrel. I think if you were to put in some views from another player as you were hiding, it would work well and add to hilarity.

I'd like to see this barrel hiding tactic myself... O.o It seems like it could be lots of fun.

Tonight or sometime, you should spec a game of steel and I'll go red.
It'd look better on your pc anyhow.

Well, you can record a demo, send me the demo, and then I can just fraps it on my PC. I'll spectate at the same time so we can get multiple camera angles.
Fun fact: Before fraps, you had to use valve's built in commands to save a jpg of every frame, put together all the frames, and then mix in your own sound.
