You just reverse the setting in the mouse properties...the mouse remains the same. Most (i repeat most) mice are symmetrical, so software based setting adjustments are all you need.

Yes they make left handed mice... and ones with palm grips generally have to be sold separately from right handed mice because of the orientation. Especially for something like the deathadder because of the side buttons.

I use a left handed mouse that right handed people can't use, in keeping with my custom of being a burden on other people. Also I use ijkl keys instead of wasd
